4 chicken breasts
50 ml canola oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt
3 tablespoons onions , julienned
3 tablespoons red capsicums , julienned
4 tablespoons tomatoes , julienned
1 teaspoon chat masala ( freely available in any Indian supermarket in spices section )
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice ( preferably fresh juice )
Murg Chaat is a popular street food in India that is now enjoyed worldwide as a quick snack. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan assisted)/400°F
2.Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate with canola oil, turmeric powder, and salt.
3.Place chicken on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
4.Once chicken is cooked, place it in a mixing bowl and add julienned onions, red capsicums, tomatoes, chat masala, red chili powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
5.Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer with a garnish of cilantro on top.
