Instructions

7.Roll each ball of white dough into a flat circle, then place a ball of mung bean filling on top and wrap it up tightly.
8.Pinch the edges to close and form a smooth ball.
9.Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and use a fork to gently press down on the top to flatten it slightly. Brush with beaten egg.
10.Bake in a preheated oven at 375 °F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
