3 teaspoons tamarind pulp
1/8 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds ( aka `` thili '' )
1/4 cup water

Instructions

1.Soak dried red chilies and sesame seeds in tamarind pulp for 30 minutes.
2.Grind the soaked ingredients in a mixer grinder to make a coarse paste.

4.Add the coarse paste to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
5.Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and let the mixture come to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
6.Transfer the pickle to a clean, dry, and airtight container. Store in a cool and dry place.
