Ingredients

1/4 cup flaked coconut
1 small ripe banana , sliced thinly
1/4 cup bittersweet couverture chocolate chips
2 1/2 tablespoons butterscotch chips
4 fluid ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a bowl, mix together coconut oil, milk, and chocolate cookie crumbs until well combined.
3.Press mixture into the bottom of a parchment paper-lined 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish.
4.Spread the warm jam on top of the pressed mixture.
5.Sprinkle the flaked coconut on top of the jam layer.
6.Layer the sliced banana on top of the coconut layer.
7.Sprinkle the chocolate and butterscotch chips on top of the banana layer.
8.Drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top of the chips.
9.In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter and peanuts. Add mixture as a final layer on top.
10.Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let bars cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.
