1 liter milk , low fat should be fine
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 tablespoon cornflour
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon rose water
70 g almonds , ground
almonds , blanched and chopped , to garnish or
pistachio nut , chopped , to garnish
nutmeg , grated , to sprinkle on top

Instructions

1.In a large pot, warm up the milk over medium heat and bring it to a boil.
2.In a separate bowl, mix together the rice flour, cornflour, and sugar.
3.Add the dry mixture slowly to the warmed milk, whisking constantly.
4.Stir in the rose water and ground almonds, and continue to stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
5.Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down a bit before pouring the mixture into individual serving dishes.
6.Garnish with blanched almonds or pistachio nuts, and sprinkle some grated nutmeg on top.
7.Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
