Ingredients

1/2 lb boneless pork loin , cut into 1x1/8x1/8 strips or 1 lb shrimp
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon chicken flavor instant bouillon
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
3 eggs , beaten
1 cup thinly sliced napa cabbage
1/2 cup fresh bean sprout
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
2 green onions , halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch pieces
8 teaspoons hoisin sauce
8 flour tortillas

Instructions

7.Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet until they are soft and pliable. Spread 1 teaspoon of hoisin sauce on each tortilla.
8.Spoon the stir-fry mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Roll up and serve immediately.
