8 cups mousto ( wine must )
1 cup semolina or 1 cup flour
1/4 cup wood ash ( no kidding )
sugar

Instructions

1.In a pot, mix the wine must and wood ash together and let it sit overnight.
2.Strain the liquid mixture into another pot and discard the wood ash.
3.Add sugar and semolina (or flour) slowly while constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
4.Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pot.
5.Pour the mixture into a pan and let it cool to room temperature.
6.Serve and enjoy chilled.
