2 -3 cups cooked crumbled turkey sausage
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 bay leaf
4 cups cooked white rice
1 cup diced bell pepper
parmesan cheese ( optional )

Instructions
