Instructions

1.Rinse the cracked corn in a colander and drain well.

6.Add the vanilla extract and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the cloves and stir for 1-2 minutes to infuse their flavor.
7.Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
8.Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and serve warm.
