1 lemon , cut into 8 wedges and seeded
1 cup chicken stock
spiced couscous ( you can find this in my recipes )

5.Add the lemon wedges and chicken stock to the skillet.
6.Bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven.
7.Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
8.Serve with Spiced Couscous.
