1 large cauliflower

4 1/2 cups chicken broth ( or vegetable broth )
3 ounces sliced almonds , toasted ( divided )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2.Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

5.In a large soup pot, bring chicken broth and harissa to a boil.
6.Add the roasted cauliflower and half of the almond slices to the pot.

8.Using an immersion blender, blend the soup completely.
9.Serve hot with remaining almonds on top.
