cilantro , chopped and mixed
1 can tomatoes , chopped

3/4 cup lentils
1 cup chickpeas ( canned are fine )
1/4 cup fine soup noodles
2 eggs , beaten with the juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

1.In a pot, sauté the lamb cubes with turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, and ginger in butter until browned.
2.Add celery, onions, parsley, cilantro, and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Add lentils and chickpeas. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
4.Add soup noodles and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
5.Take the pot off the heat and slowly add in the beaten eggs and lemon juice while stirring continuously.
