Ingredients

2 lbs chicken , cut into 2 inch pieces

4 garlic cloves , crushed

2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 cup large green olives
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups couscous
1/4 cup pine nuts , toasted
1 cup fresh parsley

Instructions

1.Combine the sweet paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon in a small dish.
2.Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, and then coat it with the spice mixture.
3.In a large casserole dish or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
4.Add the chicken to the casserole dish and cook for about 5 minutes until browned on all sides.
5.Remove the chicken from the casserole dish and set aside.
6.Return the casserole dish to medium heat and add the onions, garlic, and the juice of one lemon.

15.Serve the chicken on top of the couscous with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
