3/4 cup semolina
1 teaspoon anise seed
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon bread machine quick-acting active dry yeast

Instructions

1.Place water and olive oil in bread machine pan.
2.Add bread flour, semolina, anise seed, salt, sugar, and yeast in the same pan.
3.Select the Dough cycle and press Start.
4.When cycle finishes, remove dough from machine and knead on lightly floured surface.
5.Cut the dough into 6 equal parts and shape them into balls.
6.Flatten each ball to about 1/4 inch thickness.
7.Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
8.Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
