Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the bread flour, semolina flour, anise seeds, and salt together.

3.Mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture using a stand mixer or by hand until a ball of dough comes together.
4.Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
5.Set the dough in a bowl coated with olive oil, cover, and let rise for an hour.
6.Punch down the dough and shape it into a flat disc.
7.Cut the dough into wedges and transfer to a baking stone.
8.Brush the tops with water, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
9.Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
