Ingredients

100 g split yellow lentils
200 g ghee
100 g sugar
1/2 glass water
10 pieces almonds ( blanched n sliced )
5 pieces pistachios ( blanched n sliced )
10 raisins ( blanched )

Instructions

1.Wash and soak the yellow lentils for 3-4 hours.
2.Then, blend the lentils in a mixer-grinder until they become a smooth paste.
3.Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add the lentil paste to it.
4.On medium heat, keep stirring the lentil paste until it changes colour to light brown, and the ghee separates.
5.Add sugar-water mix gradually while stirring continuously until it thickens and starts coming together.
6.Add raisins, almonds, and pistachios and mix well.
7.Serve it hot or after it cools down.
