Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni ( I use organic whole wheat from Trader Joe 's or Whole Foods in kosher salt & olive oil )
1 medium white onion , chopped
2 green onions , sliced
3/4 cup frozen corn
2 teaspoons spicy McCormick 's Montreal Brand steak seasoning ( or more to your taste )
2 -3 dashes garlic salt , &
seasoning salt
0.5 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water

Instructions

3.Add the sliced green onions, frozen corn, steak seasoning, garlic salt, and seasoning salt and stir well.
4.Pour in the tomato sauce and water, mix well, and let simmer for a few minutes.
5.Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, stir well, and let simmer for a few more minutes until heated through.
6.Serve and enjoy!
