Ingredients

1 lb butter ( not marge . )
1 cup berry sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
4 cups flour

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 300°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.
3.In a separate bowl, sift the flours together and then add gradually to the creamed mixture until the dough comes together.
4.Knead the dough lightly until you can form it into a ball.
5.Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2" and stamp out with a cookie cutter.
6.Place on a baking tray and prick each biscuit all over with a fork.
7.Bake for 30-35 minutes until a pale golden colour.
8.Leave to cool on a baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
