1 teaspoon instant masa harina ( optional )
4 tablespoons real mayonnaise
sliced soft sweet sourdough French bread
real butter
Mom's Grilled Enchilada Sandwiches are a twist on traditional enchiladas, transformed into a handheld sandwich. Instructions

1.Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2.In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, chopped olives, minced onions, taco sauce, and masa harina.
3.Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
4.Divide the cheese mixture evenly among one side of each slice of bread.
5.Close the sandwiches with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
6.Spread the outsides of the sandwiches with softened butter.
7.Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes per side.
