1 mcintosh apple , peeled , finely chopped

1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons orange rind
1 egg , lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter , for basting
3 tablespoons flour
4 cups chicken stock

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
