Ingredients

1 premade pizza dough
1 jar pizza sauce ( I use Ragu )
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 lb Italian sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies ( drained )
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.Press out pizza dough to desired size and place onto a greased baking sheet.
3.Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
4.Add sliced pepperoni, Italian sausage, and Rotel tomatoes & chilies on top of the sauce.
5.Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and shredded Monterey jack cheese over the top of the pizza.
6.Add chopped onions and grated parmesan cheese on top of the shredded cheese.
7.Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8.Slice and serve immediately.
