Instructions

1.In a large pan, sauté onions in butter over medium heat until golden and transparent.

5.In a large skillet, melt ¼ cup of butter. Add flour and stir until well combined. Gradually add in the meatballs and cook until golden brown on all sides.
6.Cover the skillet and allow meatballs to cook through, about 10-12 minutes.
7.Serve immediately with mashed potatoes for a traditional Swedish Christmas feast.
