Instructions

1.Wash green peppers, cut off tops, and remove seeds and membranes.
2.In a large bowl, mix together uncooked ground beef, cooked rice, 1/2 can of tomato soup, water, eggs, sugar, minced garlic, diced onions, and seasoning salt.
