12 ounces red wine
1 package barilla no-boil lasagna noodles
12 ounces mild Italian sausage , browned
1 can petite diced Italian stewed tomatoes
8 ounces fresh sliced mozzarella cheese
8 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves
3 -4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 can sliced black olives
1 jar of high quality pasta sauce
Momma's Lasagna is a classic Italian dish that has been passed down through generations. This recipe is made with layers of no-boil lasagna noodles, three types of cheese, browned Italian sausage, stewed tomatoes, fresh spinach, and sliced black olives, all topped with grated mozzarella cheese. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom.
4.Lay 3-4 lasagna noodles in a single layer on top of the sauce.
5.Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the browned sausage, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, fresh mozzarella, and spinach leaves.
6.Repeat layers 2 more times, finishing with a layer of grated mozzarella cheese on top.
7.Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
8.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
