Ingredients

5 -6 cups water
12 egg whites ( room temperature )
12 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons caramel sauce
2 cups caramel sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).
2.In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until they are thick and fluffy.

4.Add 4 tablespoons of caramel sauce while you continue to whisk the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
5.Pour the remaining caramel sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.

7.Bake the pudding in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the meringue is lightly browned and crispy on the outside.
