Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes

4.Add chopped walnuts to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
5.Add cumin, ground red pepper, minced garlic, salt, and honey to the skillet, stirring occasionally until fragrant.
6.Add onion mixture to a food processor along with 6 pitas and blend until finely ground.
7.Fill in the pepper shells with the blended mixtures and top with remaining pita chips wedges.
8.Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
