Ingredients

3 lbs flank steaks or 3 lbs round steaks
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can chicken consomme or ( 10 ounce ) can tomato soup
3 tablespoons oil
6 lengths of string

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Flatten steaks using a meat mallet.

5.Tie each steak roll with string.
6.Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the steak rolls on all sides.
7.Place the steak rolls in a baking dish.
8.Pour consommé or tomato soup over the rolls.
9.Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours until the meat is tender and cooked through.
