Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F.

10.Melt 1 ounce of baking chocolate along with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of cream in a microwave on high for a minute, stirring occasionally until smooth.
11.Spread over the top of the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to chill before serving.
