Instructions

1.In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

4.Combine flour, cocoa and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
5.Stir in chopped walnuts.
6.Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
7.Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until set.
8.Roll warm cookies in icing sugar until coated.
9.Cool completely on wire racks and sprinkle with additional icing sugar if desired.
