1 lb Italian sausage ( without casting )
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves , diced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pinch fennel
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 box manicotti , uncooked shells
16 ounces ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
5 ounces frozen spinach , thawed
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

10.Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes.
11.Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown cheese.
12.Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
