1 packet taco seasoning ( I like the hot one ! )
1 package of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 bag tortilla chips ( you can use fat free ! )
shredded lettuce ( optional )
diced tomato ( optional )
black olives ( optional )
salsa ( optional )
sour cream ( optional )
guacamole ( optional ) or diced avocado ( optional )
jalapeno ( optional )
MJ's Super Nachos are a classic Tex-Mex appetizer that can also be enjoyed as a main dish. They are a perfect snack to have while watching a game or entertaining guests. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

5.Spoon half of the refried bean mixture over the chips
6.Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the beans
7.Repeat layers with remaining chips, refried bean mixture, and cheese
8.Bake in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted
9.Top with desired toppings such as lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, salsa, sour cream, guacamole or jalapenos and serve immediately
