ginger , garlic paste 1tsp
cumin seed , 1/4 tsp
tomato sauce , 3 tbsp
salt , required
oil , requaired

Mixed Vegetable Kathi Roll, also known as Vegetable Frankie, is a popular Indian street food that has become a favorite snack option worldwide. It's essentially a wrap made of wheat tortilla stuffed with spicy and flavorful mixed vegetables. It's often served with chutney and a side of lemon wedges. Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2.After the seeds splutter, add onion and sauté till translucent.
3.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
4.Add vegetables, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
5.Remove from heat and let it cool.
6.Take a chapati/wheat tortilla and spread tomato sauce.
7.Place the vegetable mixture in the centre of the tortilla and garnish with cabbage and coriander leaves.
8.Roll up the tortilla tightly and serve hot.
