1 leaf lettuce
3 dried mushrooms ( sesame oil , salt )
1 egg
1 sheet jelly ( buckwheat , acorn or green pea )
red pepper paste

Instructions

1.Cook the rice according to package directions, then let it cool down for a few minutes.

9.Beat the egg and make a thin omelette, then slice into thin strips.
10.Cut the jelly into thin strips.
11.In a large bowl, assemble the rice, beef, vegetables, egg, and jelly, then mix everything together with red pepper paste.
