1/2 cup rice flour ( Glutinous or Sweet , A.K.A . Shiratamako )
1 1/2 cups hot tap water
1 large pot of boiling salt water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 1/2 cup potato starch or 1/2 cup arrowroot , dissolved in it
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and hot tap water until smooth.
2.Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls.
