1 tablespoon Montreal-style steak seasoning , divided
3 pounds boneless pork ribs
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried chipotle chili pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 cup water , or more as needed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

5.Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and cook for 6-8 hours, or until the pork can easily be pulled apart.
6.Shred the pork using two forks.
7.Place boneless pork ribs in the same baking dish. Pour the juices from the pork shoulder over the ribs and bake for an additional 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
8.Serve the pulled pork and ribs hot with your favorite sides.
