Instructions

5.In a medium saucepan, combine 1/3 cup of cocoa, 1/2 cup butter, confectioners ' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, and spread chocolate icing over warm cake.
