1 king trumpet mushroom
1 salmon fillet

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
2.In a bowl, mix the miso, sake, and sugar together.

5.Add sliced king trumpet mushroom and sauté for 2 more minutes.
6.Cut a large square of aluminum foil and place the salmon fillet in the middle.
7.Pour the miso mixture over the salmon fillet.
8.Add the cooked vegetables on top of the salmon fillet.
9.Seal the edges of the foil, creating a tight packet.
10.Place the foil packet on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
