Eggs Benedict is a popular breakfast dish that originated in New York City in the late 1800s. The dish typically consists of two halves of an English muffin topped with ham, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce. The addition of miso in this recipe gives the hollandaise sauce a unique umami flavor that pairs well with the buttery richness of the poached eggs. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or weekend brunch with friends and family. Serve with a side of roasted asparagus or crispy bacon for a complete meal.
