HEALTH & BENEFITS

Cottage cheese is a good source of protein and calcium, and it can help promote muscle growth and repair. Mint leaves have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe an upset stomach. However, these benefits may be outweighed by the deep-frying preparation of this dish.
