1 cup walnuts , toasted , chopped
1 cup chilled buttermilk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons mild-flavored light molasses

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

7.Shape into 8-inch round and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8.Cut an X on the top of the round.
9.Bake for about 35-40 mins until bread sounds hollow when tapped.
10.Cool on rack. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
