1 cup butter , softened ( no subs ! )
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Add in icing sugar and beat until combined.
3.In another bowl, whisk together flour and cornstarch. Gradually add to butter mixture until dough comes together.
4.Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out circles. Press the dough into a greased mini cupcake pan.
5.Prick the dough with a fork to prevent puffing.
