16 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
14 ounces caramels
2 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons candy covered plain chocolate candies , yellow and orange
1 tablespoon decorator sugar , yellow

Instructions
