Ingredients

1 egg white
1 1/2 cups icing sugar , sifted
6 ice cream cones
400 g mint leaves , lollies
silver cachous

Instructions

1.In a bowl, lightly whisk egg whites until just frothy.

3.Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/gas 3.
4.Line a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
5.Spoon the icing inside a piping bag and pipe it onto the ice cream cones so that it resembles the branches of trees.
6.Decorate with small silver cachous and mint leaves to create the appearance of mini Christmas trees!
