Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt

125 g brie cheese ( sliced )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

9.Top the muffins with a sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese or crumbled blue vein.
10.Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is golden brown.
11.Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
