3 -4 large potatoes ( russets )
3 -4 large garlic cloves
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 -2 teaspoon black pepper , to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
