Ingredients

1 can salmon ( in oil )
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 carrots , boiled
3 potatoes , boiled
1 onion
1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

1.Drain the oil from the canned salmon into a bowl and set aside.
2.Flake the salmon and place in a serving dish.
3.Grate the boiled carrots and spread them over the salmon.
4.Cut the boiled potatoes into thin slices and layer them over the carrots.
5.Cut the boiled eggs into quarters and place them on the potatoes.
6.Finely chop the onion and sprinkle over the eggs.
7.In the bowl with the salmon oil, add the mayonnaise and mix well.
8.Pour the mayonnaise dressing over the salad.
9.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
