Instructions

1.In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2.Add in 1 tablespoon of wild oregano leaves, 1 teaspoon of anise seed and a small amount of lightly crushed coriander seed, boil for 5 minutes.
3.Reduce to a simmer and add in 1 large sage leaf, let simmer on low heat for 5 more minutes.
4.Strain the tea into your cup and add sugar or honey to taste.
