Ingredients

200 g powdered milk
60 g all-purpose flour ( maida )
200 g sugar
500 g ghee or 500 g butter

Instructions

1.Heat ghee in a non-stick Kadai. Add powdered milk, all-purpose flour, and sugar.
2.Mix well, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the ghee separates and the mixture leaves the sides of the Kadai.
3.Now pour the mixture into a greased tray or a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.
4.After it cools, cut it in your desired shape, and keep it aside to cool completely.
5.Once it is cool, your Milk Mysore Pak is ready to serve!
