1 lb skirt steak ( cut or pound into several thin steaks )
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 sour orange
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
2.Season the skirt steak with salt and garlic salt or garlic powder on both sides.
3.In a shallow bowl or dish, combine breadcrumbs and black pepper.
4.In another shallow bowl or dish, beat two eggs and mix in sour orange juice.
5.Dip each steak into the egg mixture, then coat both sides with the breadcrumb mixture.
6.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to the pan.
7.Once hot, add the steaks and cook until golden brown on both sides, about two to three minutes per side.
8.Place the steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
