Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, ginger, salt, cayenne pepper and minced garlic.
2.Add chicken pieces to the bowl and coat it evenly with the mixture.
3.Let it rest for 20 minutes.
4.Preheat an outdoor grill for medium to high heat and lightly oil the grilling surface.
5.Grill chicken pieces for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
